Filmmaking in the Classroom - Ogden
Thank you for registering below for SHIFT "Filmmaking in the Classroom" professional development workshop with Utah Film Center.

This is a fully funded workshop (@ no cost to participating teachers) in partnership with USBE. You will receive 16 hours of training by Utah Film Center facilitators, a standards-linked SHIFT Filmmaking Curriculum Manual, and 1.0 USBE professional development credit, along with supplemental resources. Burch Creek Elementary has generously offered to cater lunch at no cost to to participating teachers on both days of the workshop. Menu and details to come.

If you have questions about registration email Michelle Walker:

Utah Film Center encourages "teacher teams" of educators from one school site. Research has shown that the tools and skills taught at the workshop are better retained, integrated into your schools and departments, and also very fun when you come with a colleague or two. You must each register individually below. If you are unable to come in a "teacher team" you are still very welcome to register and attend!

All training and curriculum costs are covered by generous grant funding. Travel, lodging, and substitute teacher costs are to be covered by the participants.
